Swimming is the least taxing on a humans joints as there is no single touch point to an immovable object. We use this form of exercise to gain a full body workout, while increasing lung capacity and alleviating stress on ankles, knees, and backs. The resistance that water provides to our athletes is a perfect balance of hard work and discrete rest to the remainder of the body.
Running is one of the best way to increase your lung function and create cardio vascular work to improve your hearts performance. Runners benefit from a lower heart rate and burn calories to keep a slim and trim figure. We mix running in to ensure that legs remain strong and mind remains clear.
Biking, the best way to enjoy a workout is how we continue to create cardio work by minimizing stress on knees and lower backs. Biking also increases enjoyment of the outdoors while allowing us to feel the need for speed as we race down hills on two wheels. This is used as an alternative to running in case of lower body injuries or fatigue.
Weight lifting is a tool our program uses to maintain posture and physique while also allowing our athletes to tone themselves in their upper body. Many participants use BNXH091 to create a better looking body and prolong that effect. Weight lifting allows for a reprieve from pure cardio as well.
High intensity interval training is a part of our program that is left as an option for the most ambitious athletes. This combines weightlifting with cardiovascular motion to stress the body, mind and soul. With this being the most high probability for injury we recommend only those in good enough shape to attempt these options when it arises throughout the 91 day program.
